Return & Refund Policy

At Truly Yours Graphics, every order is made with love, creativity, and attention to detail. Because most of our items are custom-designed, we’ve created the following policy to keep things clear and fair for both our customers and our team.
🔄 Custom Orders (Made-to-Order Items)
All custom and personalized orders (including gifts, baskets, boxes, apparel, and branding products) are final sale and non-refundable.
💖 Review all details carefully before giving final approval (names, colors, sizes, spelling, etc.)
💖 Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made
💖 All approved designs are considered final
🛍 Non-Custom or Ready-to-Ship Items
Returns are available for non-custom items within 7 days of delivery, if:
💖 The item is unused and in original condition
💖 You contact us before returning the item
💖 You cover the return shipping costs
💖 Once received and inspected, a refund or store credit may be issued
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to love your order! If something arrives damaged or incorrect:
💖 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
💖 Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
💖 If the error is on our end, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund/store credit
⚠️ Please Note
💖 We are not responsible for errors due to customer input (misspellings, wrong sizes, design changes after approval)
💖 No refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers
💖 Once a design is approved, edits or cancellations cannot be made
