Return & Refund Policy

At Truly Yours Graphics, every order is created with intention, creativity, and attention to detail. Because most items are custom-made, we’ve outlined the following policy to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all customers.

⏱ Processing & Shipping
All items are made to order.
💖 Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be designed, created, and prepared for shipment after final approval.
💖 Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier.

💖 Rush Orders: Rush processing (2–3 business days) may be available for an additional fee and must be confirmed before placing your order.
⚠️ Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate. Delays during peak seasons (such as graduation) may occur.

🔄 Custom Orders (Made-to-Order Items)

All custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable, including:
Gift sets, baskets, and boxes
Apparel and accessories
Graduation items (fans, stoles, shirts, etc.)
Branding and design products
💖 Please review all details carefully before approval (names, colors, sizes, spelling, photos, etc.)
💖 Once approval is given, your order enters production and no changes or cancellations can be made
💖 All approved designs are considered final

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to LOVE your order. If an issue occurs:

💖 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
💖 Provide your order number and clear photos
💖 If the error is on our end, we will replace the item or issue a refund/store credit

⚠️ Important Notes

💖 We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (misspellings, incorrect sizes, wrong details)
💖 No refunds will be issued for shipping delays once your order has been dispatched
💖 Once a design is approved, no edits, cancellations, or changes can be made
